It’s that time of year again it’s once again Christmas so I got into the festive mood by making another VST. I again used Romplur and this time Christmas sounds from Pixabay I used different FXs on the sounds and they were mostly hardware filters, but I like the sounds and think they came out well. There are 40 sounds 8 arp-type sounds and the rest is keys which is Christmas synthy sounds and some voice one too. It’s not all Christmas stuff and I would say you could use it in most genres. I used it on House, Synthwave and Jungle/Drum and Bass in my demo tracks which you can find below on this page but you are free to try it out on something else. The plugin for Windows and Mac has all the main knobs to shape your sound to what you like and has features like delay, reverb, chorus, phaser, HP and LP filters, glide, voice amount and the main features like attack, decay, sustain and release. I called it Chrisizer as it’s half the word Christmas and the other half is from synthesizer I wanted to have a Christmasy name and that was the best I could think of to be honest but I like it. I made the GUI in the picture above I used the Romplur website and their stuff to make it and I also used Gimp a free Photoshop program as Adobe takes ages to load and I always seem to have some sort of issue with it but Gimp works a treat. Below is a demo video with all the sounds in the VST and three demo tracks I made which is a mix genre single I put together so you can see the finished sound, anyway enjoy the free download and Merry Christmas.
