How To Make Afrofuturism Music (The Other Sounds)
INTRODUCTION
 Afrofuturism music stems from the Afrofuturism and is a multidisciplinary cultural aesthetic, philosophy, and genre blending African heritage with science fiction, technology, and fantasy to imagine liberated,,, hopeful futures for Black life. The word was coined in 1993 and it explores the African diaspora through art, literature, music, and fashion to recontextualize the past and reclaim agency. Emerging from African-American science fiction, it was shaped by writers like Octavia Butler and Samuel R. Delany and musicians such as Sun Ra, who blended outer space themes with Egyptian mythology. Afrofuturism within music represents a diaspora of music that is non-traditional, focusing on the topic of blackness, space, and technology. It heavily features the artificial sounds of synthesizers and drum machines while incorporating lyrical themes of black history and cultural pride, progress, spirituality, and science fiction. One of the earliest examples of this aesthetic can be seen in the film Space Is the Place which depicts the free jazz band of Sun Ra involved in a science fiction plot where the musician starts preparing a group of young black folks to colonize an outer planet, thus giving birth to a new afro-centric civilization in another planet. Studies on Afrofuturistic music highlight the genre’s challenging of sonic norms by blending elements found in Hip-Hop, Jazz, R&B, Funk, and Electronic music. Melting together different sounds and cultures with Afrofuturist music emphasizes the otherworldly, alternative nature that defines most Afrofuturist works. When performed live, the genre has been observed to combine distinct sounds and sound cultures across the African Diaspora. Jamaican-American party host, DJ Kool Herc, was a well-renowned DJ in the 1970s. He was one of the many disc jockeys on the 70s New York music scene responsible for mixing Jamaica’s signature hefty, booming sound systems with R&B and Rap, bass-heavy African American genres. This combination maximized audience immersion and storytelling capabilities. Present-day Afrofuturistic musicians, such as Hip-Hop duo, Outkast, and Jazz composer, Nicole Mitchell, have traces of DJ Kool Herc’s multi-cultural influences in their song arrangements and performances, utilizing his signature beat isolation and sound systems decades later. Contemporary Afrofuturism often explores metaphysical areas such as “cosmogony, cosmology, and speculative philosophy”. A new generation of recording artists has embraced Afrofuturism through their music and fashion, including Solange Knowles, Rihanna, and Beyoncé. Other artists such as Erykah Badu, Missy Elliott and Janelle Monáe have expanded on these themes incorporating the use of cyborg and metallic visuals into their style. Other 21st century musicians who have been characterized as Afrofuturist include singer FKA Twigs, musical duo Ibeyi, musical artist Spoek Mathambo, DJ/producer Ras G, and musician and filmmaker Flying Lotus. Janelle Monáe’s work emphasizes Afofuturist themes in urban contemporary music. Her notable works include the music videos “Prime Time” and “Many Moons”, which explore the realms of slavery and freedom through the world of cyborgs and the fashion industry. She is credited with proliferating Afrofuturist funk into a new neo-Afrofuturism by use of her Metropolis-inspired alter-ego, Cindi Mayweather, who incites a rebellion against the Great Divide, a secret society, in order to liberate citizens who have fallen under their oppression. This ArchAndroid role reflects earlier Afrofuturistic figures Sun Ra and George Clinton, who created their own visuals as extra-terrestrials beings rescuing African-Americans from the oppressive natures of Earth. Other influences include Blade Runner and Star Wars. Additionally, Monáe expanded contemporary Afrofuturist explorations to literary media. In 2022, Monáe released a companion to her 2018 album, Dirty Computer, called The Memory Librarian: And Other Stories of Dirty Computer. Janelle Monáe uses technology to shed light on current social and political issues which is a key factor of Afrofuturism. This is evident in The Memory Librarian: and Other Stories by Dirty Computer. The first example of technology being used as a warning of what is to come if we do not proceed with caution and change our current socio-political climate, as well as a symbol for future and current ways of oppression. In this story, technology is used to wipe memories. Hence, its victims are reborn without knowing their past selves, only what they have been conditioned to believe according to the “Standards”. Those who are in minority groups, such as BIPOC and the LGBTQ+, are seen as “Dirty” and must be wiped clean. Monáe expands on this on page fourteen when Seshet goes out with Alethia, “With New Dawn, any gender nonconformity is enough to get you a deviant code appended to your number-dirty computer, recommended for urgent cleaning- and she doesn’t want to flag anyone tonight”. The “urgent cleaning” that Seshet contemplates is wiping out one’s memory. This is shown visually in her short film Dirty Computer. Monáe highlights how oppressors can easily use technology to control the oppressed. The other two examples of how Monáe uses technology to showcase the relationship between humans is how AI is utilized in a more technologically advanced way as well as Seshet, the Director Memory Librarian, amongst others in an authoritative position able to access people’s dreams and memories as a way to ensure they follow the “Standards” and are not classified as a “Dirty Computer”. Monáe’s artistic vision extends beyond mere entertainment, serving as a reflection of present realities and a cautionary tale for the future. By embracing Afrofuturist themes and leveraging technology as a narrative device, Monáe invites audiences to confront uncomfortable truths and contemplate the potential consequences of unchecked power and systemic injustice. Through her music and storytelling, Monáe continues to use artistic expression to challenge societal norms for a more equitable and inclusive future. Additional musical artists to emerge since the turn of the millennium regarded as Afrofuturist include dBridge, SBTRKT, Shabazz Palaces, Heavyweight Dub Champion, and Drexciya (with Gerald Donald). Other artists include visual artists Hebru Brantley as well as contemporary artist Rashid Johnson, a Chicago native currently based in New York. In 2013, Chicago resident Ytasha L. Womack wrote the study Afrofuturism: The World of Black Science Fiction and Fantasy, and William Hayashi has published all three volumes of his Darkside Trilogy which tells the story of what happens in America when the country discovers African Americans secretly living on the backside of the moon since before the arrival of Neil Armstrong, an extreme vision of segregation imposed by technologically advanced blacks. Krista Franklin, a member of University of Chicago’s Arts Incubator, is currently exploring the relation between Afrofuturism and the grotesque through her visual and written work with weaves and collected hair. Recently, she also created an audio narrative in collaboration with another Afrofuturist, Perpetual Rebel, called The Two Thousand and Thirteen Narrative(s) of Naima Brown, which explores the ideas of identity and transformation within the context of hair and African-American culture. The movement has grown globally in the arts. Afrofuturist Society was founded by curator Gia Hamilton in New Orleans. Artists like Demetrius Oliver from New York, Cyrus Kabiru from Nairobi, Lina Iris Viktor from Liberia, famed Nigerian-American solar muralist, Shala and Wanuri Kahiu of Kenya have all steeped their work in the cosmos or sci-fi. Today, Afrofuturism has been portrayed in popular movies like the feature film Black Panther (2018). American costume designer Ruth E. Carter brought her vision to life. To best represent her work, she borrowed ideas from true African designs. “To imagine the fictional African nation of Wakanda, without the influence of [European colonizers], Ms. Carter borrowed from indigenous people across the continent.” In early February 2021, it was announced that the companies of Idris Elba and his wife, Sabrina Dhowre, would be developing an Afrofuturist adult animated, sci-fi, series, tentatively titled Dantai, for Crunchyroll, which would be about a time when biotech has “created an ever-widening gap between the haves and have-nots”. The series was also described as an “afropunk sci-fi series”. I have made four Afrofuturism albums the first one I did around 2018 called Afro Cosmic Generation, the second one I made around 2019 called Space Lemonade, the third one I made about 2023 called 3 Moons Later and finally the fourth album I made last night in 2026 called The Ghettos Of Space. I’ll leave the visuals albums below but there will be a link to all four visual albums in a form of a playlist below too. I’ll be concentrating on the last album I made The Ghettos Of Space as it’s one album I have lined out coming out this month and some of my favs and different aspects to the sound of Afrofuturism. Here’s a tip for you if you know what is going where but be sure to number them I go up to seven and start with 1 and structure wise I do it as follows.

LET'S START WITH THE DRUMS
For most of the albums I made I used African percussion I found and bought online a long time ago. The first example. I used the 808 drum kit by Roland for the main drums and for the percussion I used a mixture of a World sample pack I have and another sample pack called African One Shots which I use and used on nearly all my Afrofuturism albums I have done in the past all but one. My style is mostly Hip Hop stumming so this is a Hip Hop type drum beat and at 100 BPM which I carefully crafted out. I normally put around 4 normal drums in the loops and four percussion African drum mostly at the start of the track then another four normal drum loops and then another four drum percussion loops I made from scratch near the end for a the big Crescendo but this one I left it for the end for the big finish. The drum samples come from the song I made with it and is called Tribal Offering.
For the next example I used more from the Roland 808 drum kit and more of the African one shot sample pack. I wanted some difference and something you could dance to so I put this one as 120 BPM for a more quicker paced track and something you could swing those hips to. Going with the tribal theme this one has a dark but upbeat Tribal House feel to it and I liked how this one went. The Samples came from the song I made with it called Martian Brothers and is one of my favs of drum patterns on the album.
This one I picked 110 BPM and more of the same sample packs I have stored on my computer and hard drives. For more range I made a 80s Synthwave pattern using 80s Retro Drummer by Zenhiser which is my go to drum one shots kits I use for my 80s Synthwave. The samples came from a song I made with it called Black Spaces and I think is quite diverse I could remix this sometime who knows.Â
For this one I used the Lindrum one shot kit which I think is really good for making Reggae with but I quite like the Lindrum kit as it has the most sharpest kits in the bag and seem to get some good patterns out of it. I put the BPM to 130 for even more range and something a bit more upbeat and vibrant to the track. The samples came from a song I made with the samples from the track called The Funk Within. Â
This one I used more of the Roland 808 drum kit and more African drum percussion samples. I set the BPM to 110 working my way through the BPMs I have done already. A bit more of a settle beat until it picks up and I placed that at the end or near the end of the track as I did with all of the tracks on the album. The samples came from a song I made with the samples called Afrodizziak. Â
For this one I used the Roland 909 drum kit for more of a punchier feel to the drums with yet more African percussion drums I’ve been using a lot on all my Afrofuturism albums. I set the BPM to 130 for of a more quicker feel and vibe and also some more danceable numbers bringing a whole new light to Afrofuturism music. Such Electronic Dance Music genres like UK Funky, Tribal and even Afro Beat could all meet the requirements to make a Afrofuturism song I think and even other rave and non rave genres. The samples came from a song I made with the samples called Space Herdsman (From Planet B.)
This one I used more of the Zenhiser one shot sample pack which definitely comes in handy and I’ve used it on all my Synthwave drum patterns like this one. More of the African theme with the percussion drums spread out throughout the song. I set the BPM to 100 for a steady soothing rate which I like about the pattern and is another one of my favs of drum patterns on this album or samples. The samples came from a song I made with the samples called Brothers & Sisters (What Planet Do U Live On.)
The last one for the drum patterns and this one is at 120 BPM. I used more off the Lindrum to make the patterns with as always African drum percussion to help shape the song. This is a Reggae number and once again something to consider making if you do plan on making some Afrofuturism music. The Dub side of Reggae suits best for making a Afrofuturism song or also some Experimental music too will also suit the genre quite well in a Jamaican Experimental music fashion. The samples came from a song I made with the samples called Africa Rise.
NOW FOR THE BASSES
Starting with the first track on the album called Tribal Offering I used the V Jun-63 by Arturia and off the V Collection and it’s a emulator to the Juno by Roland. You get some funky basses from the V Collection and this is one of them handy for playing along with a MIDI controller. I like to use the funky basses in my Afrofuturism music I make and I try to go with stuff that is applicable IE and in this case something funky and spacy which I think ticks all the right boxes when making music in general.
In this track Martian Brothers I used the Matrix-12 V from Arturia and off a V Collection for this bass and I like this one more edgy but funky basses ready to smack the chops out of you. The Matrix-12 V has so many good spacy synthy vibes on and I’m amazed how many I have picked already and there still are plenty more. I always look for the edgier sounds and make sure they are loud enough and peeking through the mix or I won’t use it.Â
The next track called Black Spaces I used the Jun-6-V by Arturia and off the V Collection for the basses. I also like a bit of wobble and flutter so I liked this bass and thought it went well with the song I was making. I mostly start with C4 on the MIDI keyboard and rearrange the keys each time I start a new track as my MIDI keyboard isn’t that big and has a range from C4-C6 C5 being middle C and the start of most songs.Â
Next up is off the track called The Funk Within and I used a sample this time from a UK Funky sample pack I got and use quite a lot when making UK Funky. I also like to use a lot of bassy sines and I loved the bass in this one so I thought why not. I also went for this one as I felt it had a bit of tribal touch to it so I thought I’d add it on. I was also looking for more clubby danceable numbers so I also thought it suited it for that reason as well.
The next one is off a track called Afrodizziak and I used the Matrix-12-V by Arturia and off the V Collection to make these basses. I was looking for some settle basses not something to in your face as I already did a couple of tracks under those lines so I picked this one for a smooth calming tone which goes well with what I was making. This one is a gentle number which is also why I picked this bass as it suited it best and partly how I like my basses.
The next one is off a track called Space Herdsman (From Planet B) and I used the Jun-6-V by Arturia and off the V Collection to make these basses. The bass reminds me of the old Nintendo gaming music like on Mario I think it’s a square wave also one of my favs to use when making music when I come across them I use them as I like the clarity of the bass like this one. I also like it’s earthly sound to it which I put in a lot of music in general but also the Afrofuturism music I make.
Moving onto the next sample this comes from a track called Brothers & Sisters (What Planet Are You From) and I used the Jun-6-V by Arturia and off the V Collection to make these basses. I went for more of a settle bass in this one but it was going to be dark and moody until I thought I want a chilled track to go with the others and for some difference to the album. I quite like this bass and is a more gentler bass to the others where it’s more in your face.
The last one for this section and this one is off a track called Africa Rise and is the Dub Reggae song I made for difference and to give it more spectrum to other music makers who might want to make some Afrofuturism music. I used the Dubmatixs Presents Ultimate Dub & Reggae One Shots which I found a long time ago on Loopmasters.com where I used to shop for loops until I found Splice.com. I like the rumble of the bass reminds me of a powerline or something but I liked it anyway and thought it went well with the track.
AND FINALLY THE SYNTHS
These samples are from the track Tribal Offering and I used the Jun-6-V by Artruria and off the V Collection. Some nice soft melodic sounds to the mixture. As it’s a Afrofuturism album I went for the space theme and chose the most spacy synth sounds from a wide collection of synths. It reminds me of being in a galaxy far far away and also floating in the air in the abys of space. It follows on to my other previous albums and the one I did a couple of months ago called Three Moons Later.
These collection of samples comes the track Martian Brothers and I used the Matrix-12-V by Arturia alongside some House samples I found which I bought off Loopmaster.com a very long time ago. I wanted to explore the more Electronic Dance Music side so I added some House samples in there too for difference and to add some more danceable synthy beats to the collection.
The next bunch of synth samples are from the track Black Spaces and I used the Jun-6-V again for some more space stary night music and for a more gentler approach to this song and for difference. I remember using a pad which I like to use on most of my Electronic and Synthwave music as they sound so nice but I like this one especially as it makes it sound warm and gentle and down to earth.
On to the next one and this one is from the track The Funk Within and I used the Matrix-12-V and some more House samples I found on my computer which I bought off Loopmasters.com a very long time ago around 2016. I love the dial up sound I put into the track and I think goes well with the track I made and also the House samples which also suits the track and takes it into a whole different direction.
The next sample is off Afrodizziak and I used the Matrix-12-V for this one and some more softer tones for difference and to incite the spacy feeling. I really like the sequencer which all the plugins have a collection of sequencers to use. It brings that melodic drifting in air feeling like you have zoned out and it brings that softer touch and side to Electronic music which is also called Electronica IE tracks that doesn’t evoke dancing. It still has a edgy sound in there too and once again to evoke space.Â
The next one is from the track Space Herdsman (From Planet B) and I used the Jun-6-V for this one and more spacy vibes to enjoy. I like the higher up stuff and once again I feel makes the track in to something great. I used the sequencer again for a more melodic sounding track and like all the other tracks filled it up with lots of different frequencies to fill up blank spaces. I do use a limiter, a tube compressor and Fab Filters to glue it all together and to even out the sound but apart from that I leave it as it is.
The next one is from the track Brothers & Sisters (What Planet Are You From and I got the synths from the Jun-6-V and some more melodic lighter side of Electronic music. I like all the synths in this one and is one of my favs as it’s reminiscent and deja vu ish of older synth music that I love to listen to. I used more of the sequencer which I placed into the track at the hook end actually and I think it sounds alright.Â
The last samples and bringing the album to a finish is Rise Africa and I used more one shots from Dubmatixs Presents Ultimate Dub & Reggae One Shots sample pack which I bought for around £40.00 but it was worth it. I went for a traditional skanking song with lots of dub sounds I love to hear when listening to Reggae but especially Dub Reggae. It reminds me of being outside on a hot day or on a beach. I thought I’d add some Reggae for difference and to give Afrofuturism some more windows to open if you are gain for suggestions.
IN CONCLUSION
If you are looking for some spacy vibes then the Jun-6-V and the Matrix-6 by Arturia and part of the V Collection are your answers to praise. There are many more to try within the collection and fit the bill of spacy vibes and also edgier sounds too that I love to use. Experimenting is the key with different sounds and titles and bringing new light to Afrofuturism music makes it worth making the genre. Understanding the fundamentals and what makes up the category of Afrofuturism really helps you adapt new ideas and titles which I always got the titles first. So basically it’s best to stock up on the knowledge and have enough song titles and concepts to do without spoon feeding it to yourself little by little. The main takeaways are something spacy and something African you can experiment with other sounds too I went with the percussion drums for all my tracks but as long as it has that African feel to it it’s good to go. Saying that using Reggae Elements as well as Synthwave elements like the Boogie genre and other Synthwave sounds also works too.Â

I made another sample pack and I’m giving it away for free as I’m in the giving mood lol. The sample pack was made with Beep Box a free online Chiptune sequencer which I made the patterns using Beep Box and whisked them away to my DAW Fl Studio to cut the loops up even more and make something out of it adding my own drums to the beats. Â

Selling Out To MAGA And The Foreseeing Consequences Of Your Legacy
INTRODUCTION
Man let me lick it got to come in on this one and there I was minding my own business trying not to hate on people and there beliefs but boy do they ask for it. I never cared for MAGA or Donald Trump and I’ve already gone through the issues I have with Trump but this one is for the supporters who enjoy throwing away their credibility and fanbase all for the bag IE cold hard cash. People like to pretend it’s not this far right movement that it is and welcomes people from all nations and backgrounds and I find it hard not to do my own cancelling of these people who like to sell out for the cash. One song comes to mind which is The Adventures of Stevie V Money Talks where it states “I have no excuse I just want to use me, take me and abuse me, I have no taboos I make a trade with you, do anything you want me to” this sums up what happens when you start ass clapping for the devil yes ass clap for Donald Trump and MAGA. It’s not the fact they support the man Donald Trump as the far as I see it he’s just a man with a Twitter following it’s basically sticking on the MAGA hat and becoming a part of the issue which a normal person would run away from not to be part of the problem but each to their own as they say. I don’t care who they are they could be a person who I adored and bought all their albums for instants support MAGA and that’s the last time I’ll be playing your music even when you’ve been had cos it’s going to happen I still won’t show any sympathy for you what’s so ever. I mean something I’ll probably bring up a few times is it worth it selling out for the precious bean cos the way I see it credibility is way more pricy then some cheap affair which is going piss a lot of people and most importantly people who you said you cared for now everything seems like a surgical move for that pile of gold, power and to clean slates or so say clean slates cos as someone pointed out in a video I watched everyone still knows and remembers what they did so is it worth it cos they would probably treat you the same or they would be shady in some sort of way towards them. I’m not the one to hate or gossip on someone but it’s like some people beg for it like they are attention seeking whores of Babylon but it’s not that it’s selling out saying and doing something you were or say you were against to people who never cared for you or your race but more on that later. As much as they like to pretend it’s harmless it’s actually quite potent and causes people to be white supremist which I think is the foundations of MAGNA and the new Republican party cos I said it before Donald Trump made George W Bush seem like a innocent loveable man and to the people who saw 9/11 know mainly his cabinet were doing some shady ass stuff and war crimes against humanity just like the people they were going to war with. It makes me reflect and think dang George Bush may of done war crimes and acts against humanity but at least he was sensible and didn’t try to inflict a race war with his own people and the whole wide world as the barriers have broke and I’m from the UK and I’m now watching people side and show real emotion when it comes to MAGNA and Trump and I must admit saying that I’m impress how the English people took it without any pointers or jumping on the bandwagon. It is easy to jump for someone you like and be on the defence of that person and I see where they get it wrong but there is a thing of having a bias opinion and far right when they shouldn’t be dancing in the moonlight with the devil but granted some people are just far right and pro all the things I’m against and Trump and MAGA so recklessly throw out there so go awff then.     Â
BARBIE TO BARBARIC
As I said before I’ve been minding my business though tuning in with all the current affairs she had going like her beefs, her manipulations, her subs so many things but after the Lil’Kim beef which I sided with Kim and they had a major rap battle which as a rap connoisseur Kim won the battle with her bald finished mixtape okay maybe too much but after that I was done as I kind of liked Niki giving her one prop her inventive Barbie flow made me listen to her and her glitch appeal was something new and worth listening to with the delivery I never cared for Roman that was laughable and something I never bought into but I had several problems with her disrespect and her ever needing need to topple the other rap bitches respectively lol and be the only one on top. Anyway I’ve been putting up with Niki and her shenanigans since after the Kim beef trying not to become too much of a hater I mean on top of her barbie flow I’ve always liked Up All Night and later on Yikes but apart from those two I haven’t kept up with her music as there are plenty of other female rappers who I prefer and that’s no shade but they are the two songs I know and can rap to. Where I really started to find issue with her was the UN appearance I mean from the right angle it looks like a sweet and innocent move and something people should be aware of which I’m not saying it shouldn’t be talked about but a colonizer comes to mind and more scratching tallies against Muslims. Not only that the American government has a hideous track record of sticking their noses where it doesn’t belong which is why we are all in this mess in the first place so to inflict more damage and pain against the people who are at their wick end with them isn’t a smart move. Now I’m not denying there is a problem in Africa particularly Nigeria of course there is some rift between the two religions but the issue here is making out like it’s a bigger problem then it is and undermining the fact that Muslim persecution is higher and the way Trump with the aid of Niki founded a well it might as well be a social cleansing cos what kind of funding is it anyway he could of easily give it to a charity who crosses both faiths and bring people into unity but I believe it’s not that kind of funding. She also inserted herself as the Nigerian speaker when she’s from Trinidad but that’s not it she inserted herself into something that is blatantly another way to reinsert Christianity into Nigeria and I’m a Christian and believe this isn’t god’s plan or how he and Jesus wanted to happen or see going on I mean isn’t this another way to use God’s name in vain cos I’m pretty sure it states in the bible we must forgive the non believers and the people with other religions I mean I’m asking for a friend lol. I mean doesn’t it also state not to try too hard to convert the non believers I know God was a jealous man but he didn’t say it was okay to populate the religion only find your flock and they will come. Anyway the way Trump and his administration with the aid of the newest puppet Niki is inserting Christianity into a divided country but making out like they care cos that’s the other thing yeah they may care a little especially Trump but another word comes to mind strategic moves and snubbing anyway that is some serious bitter attuite you have coming from the ones who started it in the first place it’s like they don’t learn from their own unforgettable history. I was like whatever I’m not about to go all out yet even though like many people went off her with her beef with Megan Thee Stallion and her 48 hour rant after Megan came for her neck with her line throwing shots at her sex offender husband Petty bringing up Megan’s law into the mix a right to know where the sex offenders live in the United States. Now that was the other thing I was like whatever about I was like whatever I’m not trying to tell a grown ass woman or so I thought who to date and forgive and I can see why she chose him let’s just say it meets the family requirements I mean her brother is also a sex offender. But moving on I didn’t like the fact she went all cray and in my opinion not how a real rap bitch would act. When she really turned the daggers into people stomachs was when she made a appearance at a conservative event (AmericaFest) with Charlie Kirk and JD Vance, speaking on Christian persecution in Nigeria supporting Trump’s claims, sharing anti-trans content, and engaging in feuds with Democrats like Gavin Newsom. Now to be honest I didn’t know most of this and I just looked it up and not the point I was going make but hmm you done goofed. Anyway being in that convention or whatever it was is problematic enough but is hilarious as I’m pretty sure she knows exactly what she’s saying and once again ass clapping for Trump after she blasted Trump on her Queens Radio and thanking Obama for all his hard work sincerely. When she really start to ass clap franticly for me and the bits I know about as if I can bare to sit me through the whole episode I will. But it was two occasions and I already was saying Niki sit down with her UN appearance but she went too far now how should I say this as diplomatically French sticks it there’s no light way to put it as possible she knows exactly what she is saying and is what I call master appealing. She tried to say “we as black woman” black woman and her doesn’t need to make a blonde hair blue eyed woman feel insecure about her looks to make themselves feel pretty or valid whatever that troll mouth was saying. Now first of all if people really see what she’s doing I call it black baiting and stems from badger baiting a blood sport here in the UK where the badger get’s thrown to six vicious dogs and eaten alive. She firstly said as black woman which does imply the whole race of black woman which okay some might but it’s not the majority she’s making it out to be. The other bit that strikes me is when she called Donald Trump handsome and dashing like bitch try to pick your knickers up when you done won’t you it’s embarrassedly low and grovelling it was and also contradictions of what she was saying or just as I thought selling out for the dirty man and I hate to use such a corny word but I’ve been using this phrase for a while now it is what it is. I mean let’s be honest it’s was all rehearsed green lighted material to get the voters into their arms. I mean take Kanye now I went easy on him as I do believe he wasn’t thinking straight with his mental issues and he didn’t know well he knew what he came to do take over the government which is why Trump was so quick to dash him out the window but he wasn’t fully aware of his surroundings whilst Niki is strategically moving fully aware she’s appealing to her masters and dare I say she wishes she was white and superior. Now she’s got me thinking all the lines now I know I said I’ve only listened to a couple of her tracks but I heard enough anyway now she’s got me thinking those funny lines she put in that I thought were funny like the Rosa Parks line “Uh oh bitches Rosa Parks get your ass up” who she really was appealing to I mean it’s only funny if you ain’t a right wing supremist which okay she’s not that but I used the words Mammy and Aunt Jemimah for a reason and the simple fact it is what it is I mean I call a spade a spade and only use such underlined words when someone is that thing excluding the harder words. And believe me I hate slurs of all nationalities and never undermine someone believes or what they see which I don’t stuff I don’t even understand like the Republican party or even the Conservatives here in the UK and especially MAGNA but I have a understanding on their stances and where they even fit in in the good VS evil scale and track records of who really was a good world leader and who was the evil one who didn’t do nothing to help or save their own people and flourished in greed and dictatorship and no not just George Bush. But noooo not any of those people it’s Trump young black America be like Trump at least come with a message like be like any of those people I mentioned and die with a message you know something drastic but hard hitting without coming off as a Jihadist or terror cell nut case. She could of easily picked a influential black man it makes me wonder is she really throwing shade to Jay Z cos that’s the other thing I was just minding my own about the whole Roc Nations feud. I’m going get into it Niki and by the way Niki being now the pathological liar as she has lied so many times I myself can never take her word seriously. She tried to ignite a beef with Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion which if you haven’t been on this planet in the last decade they did two songs together W.A.P. and Bongos and are quite close as I make of it. She tried to make claims that Megan called Cardi dirty and a Mexican when she’s Latino but not only that she made that wild claim that Megan told Niki in a drunken moment to abort the baby she was carrying as it was with a sex offender which was something I took up issue with but still played her music as papa don’t know what she said was valid or rings any truths or just another classic Niki moment where she fabricates stories to send her Barbz into a feeding frenzy and gain more traction for some more time. Gurl start fake beef to sell your little weave and mixtape then like she’s done countless times I’m getting this impression that she doesn’t care where she gets it from but she hungry for the money and power and fame of course as I do think she is self centred which hell no am I saying all celebrities are self centred but Niki definitely is. Now where was I ah Jay Z Niki seems to claim that Roc Nations owes her all this money for the time she spent working with them even though she didn’t do nothing whilst working with Roc Nations no it wasn’t it was for his streaming service he started and owned called Tidal which started the beef. Now work with me here Jay Z and his wife Beyonce is heavily tied to Barack Obama a Democrat and Trumps rival and we all know Obama ain’t going give away any green cards or passes to offenders without them being innocent so what does she do jump ship and jump on the bandwagon though which is embarrassedly funny and shameless she claims she’s not jumping on the bandwagon but not only that I also believe she’s trying to get at Jay Z and his streaming platform Tidal cos she feels he owes her money when she might be being greedy and demanding money that she didn’t earn. Whatever I always preferred Lil’ Kim, Foxy Brown, Megan Thee Stallion Cardi B and Khia and so many more. You know I used to like Russel Brand I’ve always known him as the funny guy from the TV here in the UK and later a actor and later a podcast host also wife to pop singer Kathy Perry. Not so long ago he was talking about all this meaningful and deep stuff like corruption how all our governments bleed us and the system even colonizing and the rainforest it had me listening. Come to find out he openly sold himself out on camera when he realized he might get the bad press away with his open sex allegations cases and earn a bit of money. I know he’s dirty as part of his stand up routine was how he was surprised he’s not in prison for sex crimes as he was what he called himself a sex pest so it wouldn’t surprise me if he was a bit of a rapist. I don’t know what it is with the Cola/Cocaine addicts and Trump/MAGA only it meets their high expectations and big headed views. Apart from that bad stand up act he pictures himself as this free for all hippy sticks man when he’s a sexual predator and a contradiction of what he portrays himself as this caring voice of reasoning which I’m getting tired of seeing and I’m not trying to be righteous I’m genially sick of people celebrities saying all this positive stuff only to go “never mind what I said did I tell you I brought the MAGA hat last week I know cute right” I mean with me and not being so showy showy I stick to my word with fundamental issues not that I’m trying to keep it real I actually take hard stances against people who I see manipulating or doing something I’m against no matter what kind of shit I or my family was in I wouldn’t sell myself to the MAGA franchise cos it might as well be who I know are not for me or the people and is just another pawn in their expansive game of chess which is all about conquering or Battleships. He’s a sell out and a shit stirrer like the other person I’ve been on about Niki and someone I turned away from once I knew he wasn’t messing about and started to talk about right wing issue he even called Tommy Robinson a quote unquote good man and started to waffle on how he was a Holocaust denier now making himself out to be the antagonist seeming quite excited and bursting with thoughts he probably doesn’t even believe but once again money and power talks and once he knew Donald and his administration was giving out free passes whatever that might be but as soon as he knew that he so quickly flipped the script and was back peddling with all the stuff I personally thought we were on the same page about. I shouldn’t be fooled by the celebrity glaze no more and shouldn’t surprise me as Trump and MAGA is a brand so once they find out it’s a brand and there’s some legs and arms behind it they start to weigh up the odds and boy do people’s feelings get hurt and they think all different which is why I don’t want to become famous but granted I love the money or so say money some of them have. Bringing Lizzo’s brief take on the matter of Niki going MAGA I agree with what she said actually that number one celebrities opinions about politics doesn’t matter I’ve been thinking about this topic for sometime now and the original title was going to be how hip hop and celebrity lifestyle meets right wing politics doesn’t mix which is what they wouldn’t say not to sound only a certain party can only gain votes by influential people of the other side but sure if you are dumb vote for the dumbass and the dumbass party that follows the dumbass leader. The other thing she said is we are going see a influx of people who are going upset us and our views and Russel Brand is no exception to those people but the fact is do I care for him well I did at first when he was doing what he’s meant to be doing speaking about pressing issues and sticking with the unity theme most celebrities stick to or do their part for the world which is even better but you don’t have to but he already made himself to be the angel and the one who cared when he was so quick to turn it all around as it just wasn’t paying the bills and after he got into hot water and the press was hounding him. My issue as I probably brought up a few times is reckless me me attuited where they don’t care what they say or who it offends just as long as their pockets are being lined it’s like their legacy or what their fans think about them doesn’t matter and keeping politically relevant in order to pay the bills is more important and seems like looking like a contradicting fool who would say anything to be favoured. I mean in Russel’s case Britain is done with him after the sex allegations or most British people so what next be the next puppet in the game of chess and Battleships oversees and be liked and not hounded or be with people who don’t care what you did as long as you are a Trump and MAGA supporter and can make those horrible nightmares disappear overnight “with the wave of my wand.” He’s already weighed up his supporters and Trump and saw on they adore the people who are Trump and MAGA’s sided and got excited of the thought of being seen as the next messiah well make a cult then Russel like you wanted cos he wants to be the next messiah.   Â

Someone now to go easy on as it’s someone I like and I do tune in to her opinion and I think the 212 but particularly 1991 which is real house vibes and that Niki is how you go higher then a mother fucker bitch get out of here. But sometimes she goes too far and her drags are at times proof that she is a bully and can and have said some horrible things to people I do and do not know especially towards darker skinned woman. I didn’t want to see her nasty side come up again after she apologized for what she said which I accepted and she began talking about real issues stuff I wasn’t even aware of but she had a positive turn around and the fact she rebuked voting for Trump made me realize on top of her articulate side I saw already she wasn’t selling out or ticking boxes she like people with Brexit was dupped into make America great again or MAGA and was curious to see where it would lead. I don’t know how long she’s been on her quote unquote truths but one appearance particular really got me like “back where we started from” and I wasn’t amused or adoring what she was saying for reasons I’ll give later. On the Cheeky Two Cents Podcast Azealia Banks really went all out war on Africa just to recap what she said she didn’t like Afrobeat music which okay it’s not for everyone so I can’t say too much about that. But Nigerians has no culture and went on a mocking spree calling their food salty rice and made a mockery of Nigerians using palm oil stating it’s made for candles which can you get more privileged than that. It is like sorry Azealia olive oil and vegetable oil is not a option right now as much as I like to cook with flavour and a bit of expensive imported products my negro ass can’t afford it and this is something we like other African neighbours cook with. You really don’t go around telling other countries how to cook and live especially if you are from a more privileged country who have a different cooking approach then yours cos we have the options of many cooking oils they have what they know and live on. Not only that making out that the country’s name Nigeria stems from a racial slur not even knowing that it was named after their most famous river and with the same racial slur of the same word but that racial slur which makes up the country’s name always means black in Latin until it became a racial slur. In fact according to a google search I did it wasn’t until the 19th century was it fully in use as a way to vent hate on someone even though it was used first in the 17th century. Once again this wasn’t I’m shocked kind of mentality this was snubbing and mocking them for allowing this white European woman to come up with such a foul name for their country and for them to accept it as their name Nigeria when it really wasn’t the case. I mean surely she knows the racial slur is also a colour and came way before the racial slur tell me that at least. But that’s not all what I take issue with like Niki Minaj Azealia Banks have taken up issues with Nigeria and have made it their business to mock and stir up trouble and both have both snubbed Nigeria in their own separate ways which I think stems from the rumours of Christian persecution in Nigeria and this rude American perception that Africans are rude and rip you off. I mean I’ve been watching some negative stuff said about Africa by black Americans especially Nigeria even though I do think sometimes the Americans are right they expect some sort of service and that means being polite but that’s not to say you have to be rude clapping your hands and getting all aggressive which I find sometimes is the case but not all the time only when they snap. They both Niki and Azealia have Nigeran heritage which in some weird way makes them think they are entitled to their incorrect opinions it’s like well shit I got Nigerian heritage so I have the right too to share my opinions surfs up. It is a bit like are you just playing nicely with Trump and his administration cos that’s what it looks like from a far and close up it is a bit cosy for my liking and not even helping the country only putting them down and mocking the poor for stuff she should know better about being a articulate person of her nature. I mean you can be as thick as a plank of wood you know runs nothing in their mind to know Africa isn’t in the best of states and haven’t been for quite some time now there’s nothing to gain by attacking them or their music which there is nothing wrong with as a music connoisseur and is a good thing Africa was finally put on the map rather then the sorry charity appeal videos and the perception which is no perception that they all starve and dare I say it rife with aids, famine and corruption and brutal governments just to name a few of their problems as a whole continent. She should be trying to understand their music as it’s making Africans rich from what I guess poor backgrounds just like her but probably even worse.     Â

So as I said I’ve been minding my business but keeping up with these social affairs I mentioned in this blog post and I’m trying to be too far left even though I insists there’s nothing wrong with thinking left sided. This has to do with the sell outs who get paid for hanging up their MAGA knickers on their washing line so to speak and be paid handsomely amount of sums more handsome then Niki Minaj claims Trump is. The contradicting and money hungry whores of Babylon AKA the sell outs should of been there in the first place or show their desperate needy side right from the jump so we all know who we are dealing with instead of making our own asses clap for them and get left on the alter when it is time to get hitched and I do mean make a declaration of love for that person come to find out they never loved or valued your opinion and was just another way to get everyone on side and supporting whatever they like you to support or get that money and power they can’t find anywhere else. I really don’t set out to join witch hunts or whack a mole affairs and as I said I kept a lot of my own views away from the public eye as I feel it’s not even worth talking about until you start to mess with the stuff I do care about and have got a lot to say about then you are going hear it. As I said no one is safe so please don’t think I was bashing just Niki and was jumping on the bandwagon or ticking boxes like they were doing. I am literally tired of this far right movement which we as nations are meant to be getting past and seeing it as a thing of the past not the latest craze or fad as that’s what it has turned into a fad and craze even fashion at this point where it’s cool and fashionable to think right wing and welcome such things as fascism to the forefront. Selling out doesn’t mean you’re black and you must follow suit to what other black people are saying selling out is selling out your own people IE make yourself appeal to the white audience by saying stuff that was probably started by the right wing racist parties and are for example anti black stances like what Niki Minaj was saying. It also means flip flopping on the issues you brought up and was talking about and then you doing a three sixty and start working against the people they said they were for when now they are working against them. If MAGA was inclusive and it was trying to make America great again I might of bought the T shirt but the fact is it should be called M.W.A.G.A make white America great again cos surely that’s what they mean. They ain’t going to pay Niki for example to talk about black issues and her own stories they are paying her to take the white stance and Niki doesn’t care what she says like Russel Brand as long as that money is coming in and she as the upper hand and another chance to stay relevant she’s got another pull on the bong. Both Niki Minaj and Russel Brand excluding Azealia might as well put on their next year’s Halloween costume the sheets cos what’s the difference no matter what stance they take I mean it’s no secret that the MAGNA supporters alone are Neo Nazis let alone the back room whispers of Trump being a neo Nazi himself so they might as well dress accordingly and dress in Klan and Neo Nazi attire it wouldn’t even shock me. It’s like the sell outs haven’t learned from the Kanye affair and they think they are the ones who are going make it on Trump’s special Christmas card list and for the win you know Trump leaves a little something something in each card for their support but like they are the ones who are going get chummy with him and profit from his own reign of terror.
