A mixed genre single from House, Jungle and a bit of synthy stuff with sounds I recorded whilst I was out and about at a playground with old playground equipment which I did a little blog post about it on my old site but I might repost again and use all the stuff I got to like the photos and videos if I still have them. I recorded the original version a couple of years before and was on my Haunted Playground EP which I made for Halloween a couple of years before. It’s not new and I made a version while I was doing a bit of work experience with the school and I recorded a version I think it was at the zoo or at a place called the Fire Station I can’t remember now. Some of the poor elephants come from the circus and other places kept as a pet and the same with the tigers where I learned that at Isle Of Wight Zoo something I am against and not the circus but animals like wild animals like elephants and tigers they shouldn’t be kept as an entertainment property it’s sad and not worth going to see for me as I don’t want to be the next person to see a stunt go horribly wrong and that’s putting it lightly. I do wish to see it banned and like to shout out all the states and countries that have banned wild animals for entertainment kudos to you. This year’s Christmas mixtape off my radio Ghosting Radio and is winter and festive music. If you want more music like this please tune in 6.00 pm – 10.00 pm GMT every day of the week up until the 28th of December for more Christmas and winter vibes. It is a mixed bag of music from House to more synthy stuff which I made and released but now most of it is unreleased tracks which can be found on my radio and Soundcloud. Once again another year has gone by 2023 next up let’s hope it’s a better year but I knew 2022 was the year of big change and it was the queen died which was a massive shock even though she was getting on a bit. But I hope next year is better and more productive for me even though I’ve been busy throughout the year making stuff and trying to get my name out there a bit more. I hope next year is better than this current year the queen died and COVID wasn’t good to mention what happened in the news just before the queen died but I won’t mention that. I don’t know what I’ll be doing this Christmas probably nothing special but staying at home and surfing the internet as usual lol. I’m lucky really as I like to spend time alone and I haven’t got anyone to buy presents for only one person but I like it that way it’s so much better and people may think I’m unlucky but I would disagree with them. Even though I’m alone I still think Christmas is a special time of the year and is always great for get-togethers and having fun which is all that I’m about in life. When I went to London I used to go to the church on Christmas Eve and how thrilling that is hearing the choir and the service itself I’m sort of religious but I follow Christian values and some beliefs rather than a person in the sky and of course Jesus but I like to think I have good values. Â
Cry Baby Keys VST
CRY BABY VST PLUGIN [FREE DOWNLOAD]
I made another VST plugin for Windows and Mac and I used my synth doll I brought online and Serum to make the sounds and once again I’m happy with most of them but there are a few I don’t like. This is the most unique plugin I made as I used my synth doll the Baby Bot and also a picture of the Baby Bot which I added to the other generator in Serum you can use pictures to generate sounds and there are two generators to make sounds and loads of dials and filters to make the sound better. On top of that I used more hardware filters and FXs to make the sounds less generator sounds which came as sine, square, triangle, pulse and saw which I’m guessing the pictures make up one of the above, there are a few more and also wave table forms which aren’t any of the above but custom made wavetables and wavetables are what generator the sound the square, triangle, sine, etc. The plugin makes up 100 presents in total 40 keys, 20 leads, 20 sequencers, and 20 basses and I used Blue Arp for the sequencers. I added filters and other options to handle the sounds a bit better and there is drive which is currently left on but is best to turn off that option it’s in the bottom left corner as seen in the picture above. I didn’t know what to call it, to be honest, but I thought it had to be baby related as I used the Baby Bot to make the sounds so after a quick think I liked the sound of cry baby and had a ring to it and couldn’t be bothered to think of another name but I liked the sound of it. I needed to get good use out of that doll I bought which was £250 at that time plus £35 custom fees but it may have been £45 but now it’s £350 plus the custom tax you pay I blame Brexit but anyway. The doll is custom-made and has seven dials to change the sounds and one of them is a filter it generates harsh sounds from the built-in generator which it’s endless but there are not actually sounds you can make music with straight off and takes filters and other FXs to make the sounds better but it was worth getting as I’ve had so much fun with it already even though I don’t really play with it that much but when I have a good use for it I definitely get it out and mess around. I’ve filmed a few videos now with it now and made a few songs which the music can be found on Soundcloud and the videos on my YouTube channel and also under the hub in Hub>Videos>Random Videos. The videos are just me messing about with the Baby Bot and making songs with them the eyes light up different colours and change with the sounds which is how I fall in love with it and also I could get some good use out of it as I like my things practical. I also made the GUI the picture above the background for the VST and I actually used the Romplur website and also the Romplur plugin to make the background and the main layout of the plugin and the plugin itself which took two days to make throughout the day and night that does include making the sounds as well I must admit I could of spend more time making the sounds but I like to make them fast and not spend too much time making them but I do enjoy making them. I will be making more plugins with the Baby Bot as it is a good useful thing but I will have to get back to YouTube to see what I may have left out whilst I was making the sounds and also to get some different techniques but I was surprised I remembered how to make the sounds as it’s been a few years since I made sounds with Serum. I’ve made a new mixtape of my older tracks all related to public information films or PIFS and is synthy and House vibes. The tracks are from Mind Field, Unsafe Dummies and Danger Ahead and are from the PIFS from the 70s and 80s. I actually made a visual first, which I didn’t know what to do with, so after a long think, I thought I’d make a mix that turned into a mixtape/mix I’m still rendering and editing, but I will let you know when it’s ready. As I said a few times, PIFS are quite intimidating and as a child, I learned a lot from them like not to smoke in bed or play with matches and also turn the fire off when asleep all the things I do till this day. I don’t really watch TV nowadays I haven’t seen many PIFS on TV apart from the ads they should put them on at night and when people watch TV as I feel they are great for learning and keeping safe. My favourite PIFS are the Charlie Says series and the pylons PIFS I used to watch them late at night when I woke up in the middle of the night and some of them put me back to sleep as I was so scared like the Don’t Give Fire A Chance PIF and also the smoking in the sofa one that one scared me as I knew a lot of smokers. In fact, they always remind me of night-time around 2.00 am onwards and also the chocolate bar Trios which were probably because the ads were on in the night too but I thought that were marketed for kids. I remember once I nearly was electrocuted by a toaster actually a blue spark came out it was quite big and I was lucky enough not to be electrocuted but the first thing I thought of was the PIF where she nearly gets electrocuted by a toaster and I thought next time I won’t be as lucky so I binned it not only that it got me back into watching PIFS and I hunted them all down on YouTube I used to have a collection of all the old ones but I thought I should have learned from her mistakes but I was lucky though. As I said before the visual version is on its way and also it can be found on Soundcloud where I post all my stuff once I mastered and sorted them but they are all the mix version. Â

A Drum and Bass and Jungle EP for you seems to be popular on my channels so I made another one and will make some more in the summer when it’s rave music mainly with some synth stuff or at least that’s the plan. I have a lot of good memories and also loads of good nights out and this EP is around the good times missing all that sorrow for another time. Also, I’ve made got some top tips and real love from people at the Fire Station (shout out to them) it’s a place in Bristol for up-and-coming and current artists, DJs and promoters in the 90s it’s not there no more but this EP is and means courtesy of the time making music there and getting away as a child and youth and being around GOOD people. The EP is mainly clubby and danceable there was a slight hiccup on one of the tracks called Wormz but I will be sorting that out and renaming and reposting on Spotify etc in the further. I won’t go into my memories as I did a whole blog post about my past which can be found in the interactive section on my other site randomgas.com where it’s all my other than music stuff as I make stuff on my computers like visuals and stuff but it’s not that about that it’s all about making memories and new ones and keep adding onto that as we don’t live forever and it’s better than sitting at home crying about nothing when there are things out there to get involved with. I myself have to go out and do more stuff as I am not satisfied no more at sitting at home no more I want more from life guess I need to suck up my fears and get on with it also good luck to you too. Â

This year’s winter/Christmas album and a free download on Bandcamp if you want it for on the go. It’s more of the winter wonderland vibe it’s snowing looking at the window music and at a nice relaxing pace with some upbeat tracks in there too. I love to make seasonal winter it’s my favourite time of year or one of them and love to spend time making winter music to relax at a later date as it’s good for my system. There are no carols in the album and I try not make carol tracks as I’ve already covered them in an old album I did ages ago but I’m trying to make time to practice on my keyboard again and learning carols is one of those things I want to do but I am waiting for Christmas to be closer. I’m not sure what I’m doing this Christmas not a lot I don’t really do that much around Christmas time I used to go to London but I don’t go any more but I think I’ll make more music and relax and do something but who knows what. My favourite parts of Christmas were actually going down to the church on Christmas Eve and singing and listening to the carols and also TV used to be good but I heard it is dire now as it’s all repeats. I also enjoy Christmas dinner even though I don’t eat a lot I always love the food and sometimes it can be overpowering looking at all that food on that table but less is more as they say lol. Once again the time has gone so fast and once again I can’t believe we are nearly 2023 I’ll have to remember the year when writing it down I always forget at first then cross it out and rewrite it. I don’t know what I’m doing new year I know I’ll be at home but I feel like I want to go out but don’t know where to or even if that’s what I want as I’m getting older now I’m nearly in my 40s lol. I called the album Festive Winters as it’s festive and wintry throughout which I thought suited the album and the cover is an art I made that I re-photoshopped to something without anyone in the picture. It was just going to be an EP but I wanted to do an album as I felt it was Christmas and had to be longer than an EP so, in the end, I did 12 tracks which make up the album and I always make a winter or Christmas album so I keep up with the shenanigans but as always I enjoyed making it. I would like it to be closer to Christmas before making winter music as I get more in the mood but I know people won’t listen to Christmas music after Christmas so I do it early way before the rush so it’s all up and running but I might make a quick EP around Christmas and try to release it around the same time if I can get it booked in that is. I would say this year has zoomed right by but it’s gone kind of fast even though the months do fly by but I think I’ve been counting down the days which makes the days go slower but I have noticed that since COVID everything has slowed down.
