This year’s winter/Christmas album and a free download on Bandcamp if you want it for on the go. It’s more of the winter wonderland vibe it’s snowing looking at the window music and at a nice relaxing pace with some upbeat tracks in there too. I love to make seasonal winter it’s my favourite time of year or one of them and love to spend time making winter music to relax at a later date as it’s good for my system. There are no carols in the album and I try not make carol tracks as I’ve already covered them in an old album I did ages ago but I’m trying to make time to practice on my keyboard again and learning carols is one of those things I want to do but I am waiting for Christmas to be closer. I’m not sure what I’m doing this Christmas not a lot I don’t really do that much around Christmas time I used to go to London but I don’t go any more but I think I’ll make more music and relax and do something but who knows what. My favourite parts of Christmas were actually going down to the church on Christmas Eve and singing and listening to the carols and also TV used to be good but I heard it is dire now as it’s all repeats. I also enjoy Christmas dinner even though I don’t eat a lot I always love the food and sometimes it can be overpowering looking at all that food on that table but less is more as they say lol. Once again the time has gone so fast and once again I can’t believe we are nearly 2023 I’ll have to remember the year when writing it down I always forget at first then cross it out and rewrite it. I don’t know what I’m doing new year I know I’ll be at home but I feel like I want to go out but don’t know where to or even if that’s what I want as I’m getting older now I’m nearly in my 40s lol. I called the album Festive Winters as it’s festive and wintry throughout which I thought suited the album and the cover is an art I made that I re-photoshopped to something without anyone in the picture. It was just going to be an EP but I wanted to do an album as I felt it was Christmas and had to be longer than an EP so, in the end, I did 12 tracks which make up the album and I always make a winter or Christmas album so I keep up with the shenanigans but as always I enjoyed making it.  I would like it to be closer to Christmas before making winter music as I get more in the mood but I know people won’t listen to Christmas music after Christmas so I do it early way before the rush so it’s all up and running but I might make a quick EP around Christmas and try to release it around the same time if I can get it booked in that is. I would say this year has zoomed right by but it’s gone kind of fast even though the months do fly by but I think I’ve been counting down the days which makes the days go slower but I have noticed that since COVID everything has slowed down.
